Facebook Report Someone - This instructs you exactly how to report a customer's account on Facebook. You can perform this process on both the Facebook mobile app as well as the Facebook desktop computer site. If the individual posted an offending or horrible thing, you can instead report the post.

Facebook Report Someone

On Mobile
1. Open Up Facebook App.

2. Go to the page of the person whom you want to report. Tap the search bar on top of the screen, enter the name of the person you wish to report, touch their name, and afterwards tap their profile photo.

3. Tap More. This option is near the top of the customer's web page, simply below and to the right of their name.

4. Tap Give feedback or report this profile. It's in the pop-up menu. Doing so brings up another food selection with reporting options.

5. Select a reason for reporting the profile. Tap among the following options in the menu:
- Pretending to Be Someone
- Fake Account
- Fake Name
- Posting Inappropriate Things
- I Want to Help
- Something Else

6. Select follow-up details if necessary. If you selected either the Claiming to Be Somebody option or the I Wished to Assist alternative, do the following:
- Pretending to Be Someone-- Tap Me, A Friend, or Celebrity in the "Who are they pretending to be?" section.
- I Want to Help-- Tap a factor (e.g., Suicide or Harassment) in the "Can you give us some more details?" area.

7. Tap Send. It's a blue switch at the end of the screen.

8. Tap Done when prompted. Doing so validates that your record was sent.

On Desktop
1. Open Facebook. Most likely to https://www.facebook.com/ in your computer system's internet internet browser. This will open your Information Feed if you're already logged into Facebook.

2. Go to the page of the person whom you want to report. Click the search bar on top of the screen, enter the name of the person you intend to report, click their name, and after that click their profile picture. Additionally, situate and click their name in your News Feed.

3. Click ⋯. It's nestled in the bottom-right corner of the cover photo at the top of their account web page. Doing so triggers a drop-down menu.

4. Click Give feed back or report this profile. It's in the pop-up menu. This opens up a home window with numerous reporting alternatives.

5. Select a reason for reporting the profile. Click one of the following choices in the window:
- Pretending to Be Someone
- Fake Account
- Fake Name
- Posting Inappropriate Things
- I Want to Help
- Something Else

6. Select follow-up details if necessary. If you selected either the Pretending to Be Somebody option or the I Intended to Aid choice, do the following:
- Pretending to Be Someone-- Tap Me, A Friend, or Celebrity in the "That are they making believe to be?" section.
- I Want to Help-- Tap a factor (e.g., Self-destruction or Harassment) in the "Can you give us some more details?" area.

7. Click Send. This blue button remains in the bottom-right corner of the window.

8. Click Done when prompted. This confirms that your report has actually been sent out.
