Permanently Delete Messages On Facebook
Step 1. Click the "Messages" symbol on your Facebook homepage. The Messages icon lies in the top left edge as well as appears like two little overlapping speech bubbles.
Step 2. Click the discussion consisting of the message or messages you want to delete. If it is not listed on the initial Messages pop-up window, click "See All" to check out every one of your exclusive messages. Click the discussion on that listing including the message you want to remove.
Step 3. Click the "Actions" button and then click "Delete Messages" on the Activities drop-down menu.
Step 4. Click the check boxes situated beside the messages you wish to delete.
Click "Delete" and afterwards click "Delete Messages" to confirm that you intend to erase the chosen messages.
Suggestion
To delete a whole discussion as opposed to private messages, click "Delete Conversation" after clicking the Actions food selection in the 3rd action.
Caution
Erasing an exclusive message in your Messages inbox does not erase it from the inbox of your conversation partner.
